Beep Labs operates a fleet of commercial robots deployed across hospitality, logistics, manufacturing and retail sites in Europe. We source, integrate, and operate hardware from leading vendors, and provide turnkey deployment for venue operators.
The company is registered in Zug, Switzerland — a small team that pairs hardware engineering, on-site deployment and software platform work under one operational roof.

How does the subscription work?
You pick a robot model and a deployment scope. We deliver and set up the unit on your floor, integrate it with your systems, and provide ongoing operations. You pay a fixed monthly fee. No capital expenditure, no separate servicing contract, no resale problem at end of life.
What's a typical commitment length?
Most subscriptions run on 12–36 month terms, with shorter pilots (from 3 months) when justified by the use case. Term length is discussed during the intake call once we understand the deployment.
Can the robot be trained for our specific workflows?
Yes. Onboarding includes custom adaptation — routes, planograms, task sequences, voice and interaction patterns where applicable. Training is part of deployment, not a separate line item.
What is Beep Labs?
Beep Labs operates a fleet of commercial robots in Europe. We source hardware from leading vendors and provide deployment, integration and operational support to venue operators.
What kind of operators do you work with?
Hospitality (hotels, restaurants), logistics (warehouses, fulfilment centres), manufacturing, retail, and commercial real estate.
What if my venue has never used robots before?
We handle the full deployment — site survey, integration, staff training, monitoring and maintenance.
Are you a robot manufacturer?
No. We operate robots on subscription. We source hardware from leading manufacturers (Pudu, Hikrobotics, Mushiny, LimX Dynamics, Realman Robotics, with several humanoid platforms on the roadmap) and deliver, install, maintain and upgrade the units for our clients.
